AM Realty Solutions Launches ‘The XI Privada’ Near Goa with Luxury 1-Acre Villa Plots

As demand for low-density and nature-oriented luxury housing continues to rise, AM Realty Solutions has announced The XI Privada, a luxury villa plot development near North Goa focused on large private land ownership, wellness-oriented infrastructure, and long-term investment value.

Located in Dodamarg, Sindhudurg, the project has been developed around a relatively uncommon proposition for the Goa luxury market: one-acre private villa plots.
